I don't have loads of cash but I don't want a granny car either.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
It's a nice car for ita age.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No but only because of its age but otherwise it looks pretty good, is fairly reliable and the body doesn't rust.
What are you likely to buy next?
Skoda Octavia 1.8T RS.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes I knew the owner and was aware of its small problems.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
My car at the time wasn't worth fixing considering its age.
What was the dealer like?
I knew the owner, so fine.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I had a basic Golf MkIV before and considering this is the sport its not that amazing. Engine doesn't deliver much below 4000rpm and it wallows around a bit.
What's it like to park?
Not the easiest as the spoiler gets in the way and the rear is quite high.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Toyota issued a recall for a fuel pipe. Engine check light has been on for 5 years - Toyota say new CAT needed, however indy garages find no problem and it has passed MOT without trouble.
What's most practical about your car?
Plenty of space for 4 adults.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Scaping the barrell but Air con is good.
