Good value for money, cheaper than an sporty Astra or equivalent
Costs
Cheaper than some, but don't be fooled by the 20K servicing claim, still needs a service every 10K even though when you buy it the dealer and brochure say not. Fuel economy is good.

Need to know how to drive it to get best performance, due to the 6 speed box.

Reliability
There is a known problem on the standard 16"" alloys and they need replacing every year or so. Other problems due to rust, but dealer is happy to resolve under warranty.

Looks great. Celica image is good.
Comfort
Only room for one person if the driver is quite tall. Seats are difficult to adjust.
