What does this car say about you?

You did your research before buying a coupe and you enjoy driving. And that you probably don't have many children of reasonable size.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Family? Scared you'll crash and die. Friends? Queuing up for you to take them for a spin in it. Neighbours? Love the look of it and always ask what it's like to drive and own (unless you have boring neighbours that is!).

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, touchwood I won't have to, but if need be I'd have another one in a heartbeat.

What are you likely to buy next?

Who knows, plenty of life left in this one.

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

In a word, excellent. Plenty of torque low down and top end power when you feel like it. Pulls well in high gears at low revs which gives a nice and smooth driving experience. Returns better fuel economy around town than my previous car which had a smaller engine. Motorway driving is an absolute breeze with this car, stick it in 6th and cruise along nicely barely going above 3,000 rpm, needless to say the mpg you get on these drives is excellent. Around town its easier than i expected to drive through heavy traffic and to park, visibility isn't the best out the back and to the sides but once you know its size and turning circle its a doddle. Lots of grip on fast corners and puts a smile on your face blasting around B roads on a hot day.

    What's it like to park?

As mentioned before you get used to it and will soon find it as easy as anything you have driven before.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

    Nothing

What's most practical about your car?

Plenty of boot space for a "4 seater" even if the back seats are only really suitable for a border collie.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Very few "gadgets" on this model but the 6 speed gearbox is sharp, has a low movement and is easy to use. The digital fuel gauge is a nice touch and the standard cd/radio makes a good noise. Oh, and the beeping noise in reverse is usefull as you could easily engage 1st by mistake and makes its pointy nose less..pointy.
