What does this car say about you?

Don't know.Don't care.It was my choice and I'm more than happy with it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Wife is slowly warming to it,although she does prefer the Nissan Primera we had for 4 years before the Corolla.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Don't see why not.Maybe a 1.6 next time but then I lose the cheaper car tax.

What are you likely to buy next?

Don't know.Wont be selling this for a few years yet.

Car was in good condition.Price was very good.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Price.Value for money.Toyota reliability.Cheap tax and insurance.

What was the dealer like?

Headland cars of Avonwick,near Totnes in South Devon.John,the owner was very helpful and friendly to deal with.

What's it like to drive?

Reasonable performance.Can be a bit breathless 4/5 up unless you use the gearbox a lot.Superb on recent motorway trip to Birmingham and back in a day.390 mile trip,average mpg over 45 mpg and performed like a larger engined car with 3 up.Nice ride and steering and very good brakes.

What's it like to park?

No problems as far as I'm concerned.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Couple of niggly faults.Ignition switch can be a pain to start car in hot weather(known fault with Toyotas).Gearchange very notchy for a Japanese car especially changing down.Baulks badly into 3rd gear.Highish oil useage.Again known Toyota fault.

What's most practical about your car?

Space.Fantastic economy.Easy to drive apart from aforementioned gearbox issues.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Air con.Remote alarm/central locking.On board computer with average and instant mpg readout,average speed and outside temperature reading.
