    5 out of 5 5.0

It's a Toyota and I paid the same price as I would have had to have done for a much lesser make.

Needs to be run on Super unleaded - but gives very good mpg, especially in town due to good gearing ratios.

    Driving

Not bad overall. Best suited to town work. Vague steering lets the car down and takes some getting used to. Suspension a bit wallowy too.

    Performance

    4 out of 5 4.0

Nippy. More so than most equivalent 1.3i cars you can buy. Plenty of pulling power and great gearing means you don't need to keep changing down.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    5 out of 5 5.0

Always starts and gets me where I'm going. 8 years old and every electrical function works perfectly!

    Image

    2 out of 5 2.0

Dull. Nobody takes any notice of it - which to me is a plus point.

    Comfort

    2 out of 5 2.0

A good few rattles and noises and some engine drone, but this is to be expected as the car is 8 years old! Pointless trying to hold a conversation at over 50mph. Speakers are very poor too and can't be heard over 50mph either.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

Adequate. Not high on a thieves wishlist.

    Service

    4 out of 5 4.0

Helpful and friendly. Seem competent enough.
