Value
Very good. A lot of kit for the money.
Costs
Exellent MPG. D4D diesel is better, though.

Driving
Light power steering, good visability, light and easy clutch. Gearbox not bad, but a bit notchy in places.
Performance
Very good considering its size. A little noisy at high speeds and acceleration may test your patience. Go for 1.3 or, better still, 1.4 D4D diesel.

Living with it
Reliability
Superb. First Yaris did 80 thousand miles in 2 1/2 years and did not miss a beat. Clutch and gearbox were still like new.

A very cute car. Stands out from the crowd.
Comfort
Front seats very comfortable. Much better then my dad's BMW 3-series. Have not sat in the back so cannot rate it. Go for 5-dr as rear access is hopeless on 3-dr.
