In their own words

Ok, so I have had my Grandland X now for just over 18 months. Overall, the car is ok. I feel like it was better quality than the previous brand new Vauxhall's I've owned. But there are a couple of issues I'd like to highlight. 12v socket and usb socket. They're almost inaccessible. For someone like me with large hands, its the worst place to put sockets. Also, if you use the sockets, you can't close the door to it. There is also a 3pin socket in the back, but it is in the footwell of the middle seat. Really hard to get access to, inconveniently placed. Another issue I have, all 4 doors have paint chips on the edges where the contour line of the car. This is a common problem on these cars, yet the dealership and Vauxhall claim to not know about it. One more issue is the Stop/Start, it simply doesn't work as they have not fitted an AGM battery. Otherwise its a nice car to drive. These minor problems let it down for me personally.

How reliable do you find the car?

Very minor issues, although the main problem is the customer service as they take a while to get back to you on issues.
