    Value

    3 out of 5 3.0

Commands a high price for what it is, but well worth it if you must have one!

Corrado specific parts dear, but fairly easy DIY'er if you're a confident mechanic!

Superb chassis! Suspension a bit harsh on poor road surfaces. A real drivers car; excellent feedback!

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

Beautiful VR6 growl, effortless perfromance and deceptively quick! Still makes me grin.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

No problems to date bar a cam position sensor failure (£27). Worth investing in aftermarket OBDII fault code reader. FVWSH a must!

    Image

Beautifully understated. Well respected by those in the know. Best sports coupe bar none!

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

Could have done with split heating and ventilation controls. Air con is a very desireable option if you can find one with it fitted. Cabin and seats are first class!

  • Security and Service

    Security

    2 out of 5 2.0

VAG alarm and immobiliser are ok. Fit GPS tracker for peace of mind. Still desirable to theives!

    Service

    5 out of 5 5.0

Despite many owners' misgivings on VAG dealer servicing, Peter Cooper VW have been superb in their care of my car during its annual service.
