In their own words

This is my second review of this car as my first car was written off by a maniac driving at 80 mph on rhe M6 hard shoulder whilst I ws stopped with a puncture at the end of 2016. When I was sorting out the claim I found out why I got such a large discount as the car had been discontinued it was then introduced in the states (made in Mexico) petrol only a d has now been reintroduced in the UK with very few changes. No new cars were available and I ended up locating a car a Breeze V w in Poole I negotiated a price which wasexactly the same as the first car and was paid in full by my insurance company. The car was the Financial Directors company car and had extras on it which did not even appear in the brochure. We collected the car and the overenthusiastic salesman had worked hard to makebthe car very attractive but I noticed the adaptive headlights were steamed up the glaess eventually cleared but the lens inside remained cloud Wrexham VW have agreed to replace them and made an appointment last Thursday to fit got a call Wednesday saying parts had not come in and they had no idea how long they'd be from Germany the brake discs were also rusted and Wrexham have agreed to pait them. The replacement car is ver up market compared to the first one but I have to say I do not like it as much as the first. I really liked the alcantara seats and the leather electric seats are not as confortable or easy to adjust plus I lost a drawer under the driver's seat. The lane assist is more irritating than effective and the adaptive headlights are very clever but I have not seen how effective they are due to the steaming up. I love VW's this car is no exception but when they do go wrong it's always a drama and parts not available my last experience was diesel injectors with people who relied on their car for business had cars laid up for months
