Not sure about neighbours, my dad was reluctant to buy a new car and let me have the golf.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, only if it had a good service history and reasonable mileage.

None. will keep this car until the day it gets to expensive to keep on the road.

My dad had the car from new and I said I always wanted it off him when he finally decided to let it go.

What's it like to drive?

Good handling and power for a 5 door hatchback. the 6 gear is great for cruising on the motorway, can get decent mpg. I get about 47mpg for driving around town and on b roads, that's with driving at a steady pace. so tempting to put your foot down from time to time and throw around a few corners and roundabouts.

What's it like to park?

I live in a street house with cars parked either side of the road and find it very easy to reverse park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Just had a new cat fitted as it had eroded and snapped off. have a water leak into the rear passenger side footwell, haven't a clue where its coming from.

What's most practical about your car?

Spacious with good sized boot.
