Overall, they think it is a nice car.

Would you buy this car again and why?

NO! purely because of the negative attitude of VW UK in relation to the Turbo failing at such a low mileage and not willing to assist us with replacing it due to it being 3 months out of warranty.

What are you likely to buy next?

Not VW purely because the customer service and attitude of salemen are shite.

Did you get a good deal and why?

No not really. They payed for 12 months road tax and that was about it!

What was the dealer like?

Pretty poor. 3 days after purchasing the vehicle i decided to purchase some mats for the car from the dealership that we purchased the car from and i greeted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle and he totally blanked me!! Quite shocking in the fact he was more than helpful when taking £17,000 off me! Ironically the renault dealership from where we bought a car from 6 years ago still know who we are, where we work and what car we bought!!

What's it like to drive?

handles well, acceleration is excellent, MPG good.

What's it like to park?

Can be awkward at times due to having a small rear window.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Turbo Failure at 41,000 miles and 3 months outside of the warranty, dual mass flywheel replaced under warranty.

What's most practical about your car?

Fast and economical with reasonable space.
