  • Driving it

    3 out of 5 3.0

    What's it like to drive?

The handling is good as long as everything is maintained (dampers, joints, alignment etc..) and the tyres are good quality. It's not great over bumpy roads with 16" wheels, and most roads in the UK are now too bumpy.

    What's it like to park?

Very easy as it is boxy and has rear parking sensors.

  • Living with it

    3 out of 5 3.0

Have you had any problems with the car?

Front suspension is an octopus of linkages to eliminate torque steer and can be expensive to replace all of the arms and joints. Plenum chamber drains block flooding the brake servo and can leak into the cabin through pollen filter and soak under the floor insulation ruining the electronics stored there. Vacuum systems under the bonnet are a bit Heath-Robinson and prone to cause problems with EGR, Turbo actuation etc...

What's most practical about your car?

The estate is practical, and well appointed but with understated looks.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    MFD built-in sat nav.
