What does this car say about you?

Mr sensible/boring

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My wife hates it because she sees it as a bit dull and could never get to grips with the electronic parking brake.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes I would. I've had it now on a two year lease which is coming to an end. I really want an A4 but it is outwith my budget and there are no other cars out there which cut the mustard.

What are you likely to buy next?

Always German. Hopefully a Passat CC but maybe a Seat Exedo ST.

Company car - choice between Passat or Golf

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

Wooly. It's not a sports car by any means but there is a lot or torque which results in a lot of wheelspin off the line. Acceleration in 3rd and 4th is awesome. On my daily commute it is quite a relaxed cruiser.

What's it like to park?

Easy, parking sensors front and rear help but they are a bit quiet. It would be nice if the radio volume dipped when selecting reverse.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The fuel pump was changed at the first service and the engine management light comes and goes. No fault logged.

What's most practical about your car?

The boot, it's huge. My golf clubs and trolley live in there permanantly and there is still loads of room for shopping, odds and sods etc.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Auto wipers, some people can't live with them but these have never missed a beat always wiping just when I want. It's as if they can read your mind, ooohh!!
