Would never buy VW again, as we were advised it was perfectly normal for an engine failure in a car of 2 years old. No help whatsoever from VW Customer Care. Car has continually broken down.

Required new ABS box at 6 months old, new starter motor, new lamda probe and engine failure - all within 2 years! Extremely disappointed with the VW service received. I will never purchase a VW again.
