Initally good value for money / servicing though - ugh!

Servicing costs diabolical, £250 for a 20000 mile service at main dealer.

very expensive but good service - paint went on boot handle - apparently a comon fault which VW will not recognise!? - although sorted under warranty. Gear box fault fixed under warranty after two trips in - technician failed to fix initially.
