Bought the car in 1999 for £12,000 - a bit expensive!

At 26mpg on a long journey, not bad for a car that size.

Great cruising car. Not really a car for nipping round the shops, though good for school runs.

Pretty nifty VW engine.

In the 4 years I've had it, only let me down once - coil.

Excellent at the front and middle, but a bit differcult to get to back two seats.

The dealer Sewards were a bit naff, but VW were good.

Coil went; this is suppose to be a VW glitch - easy to replace though, worth having a spare.

Speaker covers a bit flimsy, nearly all mine a cracked!
