I value engineering over style and optional extras.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

It looks nice on my drive. i have been stopped in car parks and asked what its like! its quite a nice looking little vehicle.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would definitely buy a volkswagen again but i am finding the lack of extras is limiting my enjoyment of the car. It doesnt have central locking, air con or electric windows all of which i am missing badly.

What are you likely to buy next?

I would love an Audi but would be happy to buy another Up! with a higher specification.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Reasonable deal, I compared the prices online and it was the going rate.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Bought as my old one was written off after an accident.

What was the dealer like?

Motorpoint Chingford. The car was bought over the phone and i was asked if i wanted to purchase a long list of option extras, scotchguard etc which i didnt want. This was annoying but once you have gone through all this its done. they bring the car down to the nearest dealership for the price of £300 this is refundable if you dont like the car but its unlikely that you would want to go through trying to get this back. picking the car up was easy.

What's it like to drive?

Doesnt have enough power for a burn off at the traffic lights but good enough for most people. Gets up to a good speed on the motorway and is comfortable for long distances. Good visibility, feels easy and relaxing to drive.

What's it like to park?

Very easy as good visability and turning circle.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No the car is fine.

What's most practical about your car?

Its easy to drive, easy to park, economical on petrol, quiet and comfortable. It feels more expensive than it is as it is comfortable and roomy. The boot is large and all the controls are easy to understand and use. Its the perfect car for a young driver or someone that doesnt want a lot of extras.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The seats are very comfortable and my favorite part of the car. As it is an entry point vehicle it doesnt have any gadgets accessories or options included.
