• Summary

    4 out of 5 4.0

What does this car say about you?

Promotes an air of safety, confidence and reliablity, (well thats what i tell the wife anyway!) Some might consider it boring but it is certainly not as ten-a-penny as the equivelant ford or vauxhall.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

First impressions are really good, understated facelift models set it apart and looks more exclusive and expensive that it really is.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I certainly would, but would opt for larger engine size.

Did you get a good deal and why?

    What was the dealer like?

  • Driving it

    What's it like to drive?

Good, solid, reliable driver, the 1.6 engine is a little underpowered for a car of it's size and build, and so can be a little sluggish up hill. Steering, brakes and gearbox all spot on in town and on motorway driving.

    What's it like to park?

Feels and looks like a larger car but the light and responsive steering means you can wedge it into suprisingly tight gaps.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

The car has been almost perfect from day one, the only issue was broken anti-roll bar bushes caused by a very large pot-hole! replaced & upgraded fairly cheaply.

What's most practical about your car?

Reasonable sized boot capacity and passenger cabin for it's size.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

No real favourites, but everything works the way it should which is a bonus for a second hand car.
