XS is more expensive, but not many extras. Spolier and CD player, I think.

Wiring loom had common fault on these, you MUST get it replaced.

Wiring Loom, under radiator. Common fault on all S40s this age group. GET IT REPLACED, otherwise, alarm, ignition wire and ABS could be affected. Volvo themselves told me that.
