Cant afford a BMW but dont want a Ford.

Like it. My Brother in law wants it when we buy new car.

I would'nt because i like change but my wife would.

Volvo because women always get what they want.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Thought we did until we went to pick up car 120 miles away from home then dealer told us MOT expires in a month!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Stood out against the other cars in the lot.
What was the dealer like?
Seemed like he wanted to get deal done then get us out the door a quick as possible.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Easy to drive. My wife uses it 50 miles a day and she loves it.
What's it like to park?
Shorter than it looks so very easy to park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
At its first MOT, a month after we bought it, alternator caught fire. Luckily only this was damaged and was replaced through warranty. Few months later after warranty expired went to get aircon regassed and was told condenser had a hole in it. £700 from Volvo so we've lived without it.
What's most practical about your car?
So easy to drive. all controls are simple to use. not a huge boot though. done 4000 mile 2 week trip to Poland and didnt miss a beat. very comfortable.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Aux in to plug phone into. cruise control.
