In their own words

The car is very comfortable with seating and driving. Performs well even when driven hard but needs care when driving hard in the wet. Responsive to the pedal and braking. Feels more spacious inside than comparable cars, particularly in the front. Possibly because of the shaping of the dashboard area. After 9.5 years and 72,000 miles it has never let me down or failed to start easily. Satnav is good but it's too expensive to bother to update with a new disc. It still gives warnings of traffic problems on route and what type they are. Heated and air-conditioned seats are a boon. Rear sensors are a bit oversensitive but that's better than not good enough. As with a lot of large cars, it takes a while to learn to judge the length of the bonnet. Judging the width is easy and there's no problem with driving through a gap with only one inch to spare on each side. Living in a country area and driving on very narrow roads the ability to pull the door mirrors in at a press of a button (two buttons) is ideal. The adaptive Xenon headlights are excellent. Very bright on beam and they track around bends (as you turn the wheel) and settle up or down and stop the beams blinding oncoming cars. I would buy another new one if they were still being made but the new S90 is very similar and probably has a lot more modern extras on it.
