Safety conscious responsible family car buyer.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Beautiful car, pleasant to the eye, roomy, luxurious and presumably safe. But "you must pay a fortune in road tax".
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - space requirements and loading area configuration flexibility are the best there is. Safe car. Volvo drivers are not selfish drivers you find behind the wheel of BMW X5s, Audi Q7s or Mercedes'.

Volvo XC60 or XC90.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Safety and massive loading space when you put all 3 seats flat
What was the dealer like?
Very professional, good communication, straightforward admin, good service and no (discovered) sharp practices. Customer oriented.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Cruises along easily - but don't buy this for quick accelerating on the motorway. Cruise control is tricky to handle, a hit & miss affair. Bad visibility to front sides due to wide A-pillars.
What's it like to park?
Very easy - squarish car makes it easy to estimate size. Good power steering. But, don't rely on parking sensors - they tweet if you have less than 30cms (<10in)of space, an oasis of space in tight London parking ranks.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Warranty repairs (after 2 years) covered front wishbones, rear wiper motor, leak to sealing plate.
What's most practical about your car?
Loading space - being able to put the front passenger seat and 2 rows of seats bheind allows for easy/safe transporting of long objects (>2.2m), variety of options to secure loads.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Inscription trim - beautiful colour options, robust pleasant-to-the-touch leather, solid feel of the steering wheel
