Very good second-hand buy. Bit of a no-brainer if bought new.

As car ages, cost can mount up - e.g. engine rebuild £2,000 - comprehensive warranty is a must!

Very good performance/handling compromise - brakes good, gearbox great. Poor ride over rough roads.

Alfa wrote back to me stating that valve failure at 60,000 miles was not uncommon - no good will payment was offered - think that says it all really!
