Have got a major problem with the touch screen displays. A four months ago I noticed that the SatNav was not initialising for several minutes. I waited for the service and reported the fault. It could not be fixed and they asked me to take it back a second time. Again could not fix it and told me they would get back in touch when they could fix it. Since then it has stopped working altogether and at times both display screens go blank so no SatNav / radio / phone / heating or safety features. Contacted Audi directly but after many calls the outcome is they have no idea when it will be fixed and basically not very interested. I would have to say it is probably the worst customer experience I have ever had.
