Poor service and customer care have put me off what would otherwise be a perfectly satisfactory (and no more than that) car.
The ride and refinement are good. However the multi media system constantly malfunctions, the sat nav is next to useless, the clock keeps telling the wrong time and to cap it off Audi wanted an extra payment for continuing live media (despite the dealer saying it would run for 3 years at no cost).
Purchasing a new Audi will not be an experience I intend to repeat.
