In their own words

This is a supremely comfortable and refined car, a bit let down by minor annoyances..... It pleases itself when to do regenerative braking - very disconcerting. Should have a regeneration setting. Always defaults to electric mode on start up - have find the fiddly button to switch to hybrid every time The display is rather confused - too many complicated graphics on multiple screens. At least all the controls are button controlled (touch screens should be banned on safety grounds in my opinion) but some of the buttons are low down/hard to find. A rotating knob for the blower would be much easier for example. Nowhere to store the cable in the boot which is in any case rather small - I know they have to put the batteries somewhere! Advertised electric range was not achieved for the last six months, until it warmed up yesterday! The real life range of about 22 miles doesn’t get me to the nearest town and back, so 40-50 would be better. The flappy paddles and semi manual options in the gear change are pretty superfluous and while we’re on the subject why do you move the stick backwards to go forwards and vice versa -very counterintuitive. Most of these gripes were visible from the reviews I read, they just take the shine off what would otherwise be a very nice car.
