What does this car say about you?

We are out to enjoy life to the full now that we have retired

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The sat.Nav has been the butt of many jokes with our family and friends. My son has offered to return the Tomtom I gave him when I purchased the BMW

Would you buy this car again and why?

No I would buy a 2.5 litre if it has the pulling power to pull my folding camper without changing down on every hill. BUT I will not buy another BMW until they sort out the BETA version of the online route planning software

What are you likely to buy next?

Don't know because I haven't looked @ options to the BMW. I would start with Volvo and Mercede

Yes because I got a good package with £300 discount

I wanted to enjoy my retirement with a new BMW

What's it like to drive?

It is a gem to drive but the engine lacks power when pulling my 960Kg folding camper uphill. Without the folding camper the mpg on a journey can be above 35mpg, but pulling the camper it can average below 30mpg

What's it like to park?

It is not bad to park, but I misss the front parking sensors I had on the 2008 Mazda 6SL

Have you had any problems with the car?

The BMW online route planning is great but when the route is transferred to the car the start and end positions are moved. If the engined is turned off during an online planned journey, on restart the route is changed to the BMW preffered route

What's most practical about your car?

The drivung position is really comfortable

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The I drive is good but it will be better when one can use the BMW online planned route with confidence
