What does this car say about you?

I think it gave the impression you wanted to race at the lights.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone loved it, except for the hard ride - passengers really felt the bumps.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No - running costs. Insurance was high, and road tax has gone through the roof. Also was only getting 16mpg around town, and maybe 28mpg overall (driving sensibly). Might consider a 330i (272) SE auto though.

Was looking for something with great performance, but still useable everyday.

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

Acceleration and handling are 1st class, the sound the engine makes is superb. The ride however is very harsh, and you feel every bump and pothole through your teeth!

What's it like to park?

Easy, has front and rear parking sensors, and a visual overhead representation is shown on the iDrive screen - superb!

Have you had any problems with the car?

The onboard iDrive computer failed, requiring the car back at garage to have the entire system reloaded. This meant no radio/satnav until it was fixed.

What's most practical about your car?

Automatic transmission works great with the engine and great around town.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

SatNav Pro is great, though this version of the iDrive has no shortcut buttons, so can be inconvenient since have to go into various menus to select radio stations etc.
