• Summary

    2 out of 5 2.0

What does this car say about you?

    That I am boring.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    They all hate it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Not in a million years. Citroen claim 76MPG, but doing 30 miles at a constant 66MPH it only achieves just over 60MPG. I'd recommend paying a little more and getting something that can be driven at above 2,000rpm without the fuel consumption dropping (i.e. not a Citroen).

What are you likely to buy next?

Something made by a more trusted and competent manufacturer (maybe BMW or Audi).

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Franchised

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £9,999

When did you buy the car?

    May 2012

Did you get a good deal and why?

The deal was OK, but not brilliant.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I was foolish enough to think it would be cheap to run.

    What was the dealer like?

Salesman was OK at the time they wanted to convince me to buy the car.

  • Driving it

    2 out of 5 2.0

    What's it like to drive?

Not too bad, although it really struggles below 1,500rpm and starts getting uneconomical above 2,000rpm, so there is only a 500rpm range that the car should be driven within!

    What's it like to park?

Ok. Quite small, but does not come with rear parking sensors. Unfortunately, with Citroen you get what you pay for.
