Bought 12 months old for half the list price.
Costs
Very little so far - always does 40+ to the gallon.

Driving
The motoring press don't particularly rate it but it drives pretty well, although I've never driven a Focus or a Golf.
Performance
No hot-hatch but moderately useful performance - have to work the revs to get much out of it though.

Maybe looking a little dated now but I like it - looks a lot better than the 5 door.

It's fine - lots of kit for the money.
