Bought a 2002 model,with 24000 miles on the clock, electric everything,for less than £5000!
Costs
Can't really say for repairs (not had to do any-yet!), but it's suprisingly frugal on fuel.

Feels BIG and solid to drive - suprising for a coupe
Performance
It's only a 1.6,so don't expect breathtaking performance- but when revved,the engine is suprisingly responsive, especially in third gear

It's not fair to compare the Xsara to ""true"" coupes- It's really more of a large hatch. But compared to other cars in this class-Mondeos,Vectras etc,the Xsara is in my opinion head and shoulders above its competition.
