Very cheap to purchase now. Better value for money than an equivalent Peugeot 306.

Great fuel economy and cheap to service and maintain.

Quite sluggish compared to the Turbo Diesel but at home cruising on the motorway once you're up to speed.

Have had a few engine problems but they usually have a good reputation.

Soft seats and ride, but good driving position is hard to achieve.

Headgasket went at 103,000, water pump and glow plugs also needed replacement.

All the dashboard bulbs went, needed new heater motor resistor, but little else.
