After a test drive of the Twinair and Pop models we decided to buy. The dealer found an exact match at a nearby dealership, and we were able to negotiate accessories and make a successful deal.

What's it like to drive?

Turn the ignition and listen to the incredible sound of the 0.875 litre Twinair 2 cylinder engine roar into life. The acceleration puts a huge grin on your face every time. Excellent low down torque and no turbo lag. Overtaking is a breeze, as it does not lose power in fourth or fifth gear. Very smooth handling, soaking up uneven surfaces with little body roll on cornering. So far achieved 45 mpg with half a tank remaining. Official figures of 69 mpg yet to be tested. It's interior is a feast for the eyes with a high quality polished dash and buttons with chrome surrounds. Good rear passenger and boot space. The boot can be opened remotely too! 6 speaker mp3/cd system produces quality sound. Air-conditioning is a must-have. A real pleasure to drive around town.

What's it like to park?

In Eco-mode the steering is lighter, making parking a breeze! Very compact size and short wheel base also assist parking.

Have you had any problems with the car?

With only 400 miles on the clock so far, no problems whatsoever. A pleasure to drive!

What's most practical about your car?

Good driving position, light steering with excellent turning circle, smooth gear change, surprisingly spacious interior and good boot space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The hands-free Blue & Me (Bluetooth) kit with steering wheel navigation, USB connection to iPhone and centre console display. Fantastic!
