    3 out of 5 3.0

Good value for what you get - unless you have major problems.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

Generally OK although it seems to soak up rather a lot of petrol. Cheap secon-hand values, but you'll probably cry when you come to sell it yourself.

    4 out of 5 4.0

Nice feel, plenty of driver appeal. You sit high up with good visability. Interior has a sense of Italian style. More original than most other cars - even the newer Fiats have lost some of the charm.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

Fine, but nothing spectacular. Lovely sounding engine, which pulls off well and drives very nicely at motorway speed. Feels like a big car.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    1 out of 5 1.0

Had numerous niggling faults which cost an absolute fortune to repair. Also needed a new engine (reconditioned due to price). Advice - if you do a high mileage and are not fastidious with servicing then forget this car. Otherwise it will be fine.

Pretty comfortable, with excellent seating position.

    2 out of 5 2.0

If you go to a Fiat garage its enormously expensive.
