Very cheap, slightly sporty image and bargain parts.
Costs
Car is 12 years old, things wear out, but are cheap to replace.

Steering a little heavy due to wide tyres and no PAS, but fun once up to speed.
Performance
Needs some work to drive quickly, but rewarding and capable in modern traffic.

Looking slightly dated now, but the SX has that extra bit of ""sport"" to add to the appeal :)

Very comfortable driving postion, seats lack side support, but otherwise good.

Tried to order a part from Ford and was unimpressed with service, local independent looked after car instead.

Very capable if a little noisy, MPG not as good as you'd expect but if looked after, a reliable unit.

Wing mirrors wobbled, replaced these with new items for relatively little cost.
