New shape so no great discounts but good value anyway.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Excellent spec for price, looks great, reliable brand.
What was the dealer like?
Down to earth, no frills showroom. Good servicing arrangements.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Auto gearbox as smooth as a baby's bum. No problems. This 1.4 is not a race car though and will not perform well if treated harshly. However, I have outpaced many a young Clio driver trying it on ;) Drives like an old maid next to a BMW though.
What's it like to park?
Rubbish rear view so reversing has to be carefully done. Bad blind spots in mirrors too.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Front electric windows jammed shut for nearly 2 months last winter. Ford just shrugged and told me to wait for them to defrost! Right pain. Bonnet also stuck during a cold spell. Ford said that always happens with Fiestas...so why wasn't it sorted on redesign?
What's most practical about your car?
Heated windscreen and mirrors, see me home headlights, aircon.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Easy fill capless fuelling is great for me as I have hands weak from MS. No more breaking nails fiddling on a cold day!
