Ford Focus ST (2006 - 2010) 2.5 ST 3d Owner Review

This is my second ST225 absolute brilliant car the noise and power always leaves you with a big cheesy grin on your face. Handle really well and power wise it just wants to keep on going in every gear. All I would say if you are considering on buying one, make sure its had the block mod done as liners are known for cracking. It is a lottery but I got mine done just for piece of mind, Especially if you plan on tuning its a must. It will set you back best part of £700/800 but well worth paying rather than having to replace the engine if a liner cracks. One downside is I have noticed on both I've owned is Ford seem to have skimped out on the paint job and the lacquer on the bumpers chips and starts pealing. But other than that they are a great all round car and you can pick up great examples for 5k which for the performance and looks is worth every penny.
