Ford Fusion (2002 - 2012) 1.4 Style 5d (Climate) Owner Review

Bought second hand to replace my A170 mercedes
It has more room inside, seats a bit firm but comfortable..running costs low compared to the mercedes, but choppy on windy days, quite good on motorway apart from crosswinds. Build quality good, very good visibility all-round and like the high up driving position. Everything works as it should, it's a 1.4 style climate petrol, so fairly basic. I do appreciate the heated front screen, I'm 71 so the room is appreciated, and the easy access, especially the boot easy to get my wife's mobility scooter in. Handy under pass seat cubby for putting things in. Surprisingly good on fuel, compared to my previous mercedesA170. We have used it a lot and it's been very reliable, I bought it on the merit of its MOT history 15 out of 16 MOT,s without advisories. And very well maintained, few minor blemishes but overall very good for a car if this age. Very satisfied with it
