Value
We had £35K to spend on a 4WD. We checked out the rest and sadly nothing came close to the Terracan that we paid £20K for. The X5 (used) from the dealer asking £32000 was full of dog hair, had cracked plastic bumpers and tinny doors, only 1 yr Warranty!
Costs
Bought new, so nothing so far and with 5 Years warranty then there isn't going to be much anyway.

On the road
Driving
Great handling, even with the huge tyres.
Performance
Great performance especially on Motorway when the monster 2.9L Turbo Diesel eats up the hills passed the onlookers try to work out what flew past them.

A+, but again bought new so still early but what manufacture would offer 5 year warranty if they thought people would be claiming off it for 4 years!

Looks the business. Peoples heads turn not once but twice it's quite funny. You got to get used to lots of staring!
Comfort
Everything you need. Full Leather Pack, Electric Everything, Privacy Glass, 6 Speaker CD Stereo, Climate Control etc, etc.

Don't know although it has an immobiliser.
Service
Only sales service so far, but judging by the build quality wouldn't expect experience the service side except for the yearly maintenance.
