Jaguar F-Pace 2.0d Portfolio AWD 5d Auto Owner Review

My F-Pace has lived up to the hype it received on launch and it won the WCOTY after that. It deserves plaudits and I cannot understand all the negative reviews it received. It drives beautifully and has been fault free mechanically for more than four years now with only the infotainment system having minor problems initially and that is now sorted. It has been cheap to run and surprisingly frugal when it comes to fuel consumption especially considering it weighs the best part of two tons. It is easy to drive and park- as long as the space is big enough! Yes, makes such as BMW and Audi appear to produce better finished cars but JLR seems to have surmounted this quality gap with the face-lifted F-Pace which looks absolutely sensational, especially the interior which took some stick in the original package. Genuine parts such as wiper blades can be sourced cheaply rather than from a main dealer as well as servicing out of warranty if you can find a reliable garage. It is a car that makes you smile when you get into it and it wants to be driven.
