Jaguar XE review (2023)

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Sophisticated drive, excellent handling, quick, comfortable and classy car. I rate it as quite the best in class but I do wish they had a hatchback coupe option or an estate. Visibility isn't as good as it should be but performance on the road wants for nothing. It is certainly the most accomplished car I have owned and from the driving perspective it is outstanding, but practicality lets it down in some areas. Boot space is limited without folding seats; it is simply too small (smaller than the X-type) which is daft as the XE is a larger car. In-car systems may not be quite up to some of the opposition but function well in my view, with the exception of the satnav which will send you down non-existent roads or farm tracks if you are not paying attention, really not good as good as it should be in this class and they charge silly amounts for upgrades - Google maps is better. Servicing is a bit on the expensive side but I have experienced no problems in between so no complaints there. Altogether its a fine looking car which delivers and is great to drive. I love it but .........

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Great car - the drive amazed me when I first let it off the leash but not as practical as I had hoped
