What does this car say about you?

that I buy whatever seems cheap at the time, but most people who know me, know that already and the rest, I don't care about anyway.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

kids love it. Wife whinges as usual, nothing to learn there.

Would you buy this car again and why?

depends. If I got another one for the price, probably.

What are you likely to buy next?

mostly had Land Cruisers in the past and they would be first choice in future. Would be interetsed to try a RAV4 if I saw one at the right time and price.

    £4,000

When did you buy the car?

    October 2008

Did you get a good deal and why?

ok. Back-up was good - just as well considering it needed new prop shaft UJs after a few days.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

local and cheap. Needed a 4x4 in a hurry for a job that came in over the phone.

  • Driving it

    3 out of 5 3.0

    What's it like to drive?

heavy 4x4 for its size, with usual Jeep bumpy ride. Quite fast if a bit noisy. Not the greatest thing on a twisty back road.

    What's it like to park?

awkward. Poor rear view and useless rear proximity sensor which just beeps madly. Good lock and reasonable turning circle. Wheel arches a bit wide.

Have you had any problems with the car?

new prop-shaft UJs needed - probably the common Jeep problem of a previous owner not properly engaging the 4wd usual annoying sensors which beep frantically when you get in or leave the keys in - haven't got round to disconnecting them yet.

What's most practical about your car?

handy 4x4 with respectable working off-road performance. Comfortable seats.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    twin airbags
