    What's it like to drive?

    On road, responsive and solid, good - but thirsty... offroad, good, handles well. Snow and Ice an issue with 3.7L which is a bit overpowered and therefore slippy even in low gear

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    I’ve had my Jeep Cherokee 3.7 Limited since new, fully maintained. In the first few years I've had minor problems with the electric mirrors failing (4 replacements in 3 years), replaced under warranty, no charge - great. Been quite happy up to 12 months ago (end of warranty). In the last 5 months, I've had an issue with erratic automatic gear changes which has caused an over-revving of the engine, resulting in the engine warning light coming on. This has happened 4 times in the last 5 months. I've had this checked at my Jeep dealer with no apparent problems shown by the diagnostic checks, so they just reset the engine light. Problem persisted so I put it in for a thorough check and now they have come back with a “TCC out of range” error which advises a new Gearbox (£3,500 fitted) wi
