In their own words

Bought the car after spending hours on research. Drove it on a short 20 mile commute for 4 months, noise from engine slowly getting worse with every journey. Took it to Kia. The whole engine and gear box needs to be replaced. Car in Kia garage now for over 3 months, no idea when it will be returned as needs expensive new parts (on warranty fortunately). Parts not available - dealership has no idea when parts might be available. When they are (whenever that is ...) it will be 3+ months after that....
Disappointed - for a £35,000 car for 4 months of use. Pretty sickening actually. Wouldn't buy another Kia. Avoid.
