Kia Sorento SUV (2015 - 2020) 2.2 CRDi KX-3 5d Auto Owner Review

Poor 7 warranty - Kia do whatever they can to get out of a claim. Poor dealer service from every local dealer. Car needs repairs they should do on recall but only fix on breakdown. Low mileage car but not ageing well. Engine performance, fuel economy and towing capacity is good. I worry constantly about electrical failure that have led to multiple rescue/recoveries this last year including electronic hand break jamming on, sat nav/immobiliser failure, electric folding mirror failure, glass roof jamming open. When it works it works well and the car is comfortable, fairly powerful and good at carrying large loads and 7 people easily; but it’s always a fight to get warranty cover for repairs or to get a booking for servicing.
