Had a sportage less than 2 years old and remote key broke, Kia said weight of plastic batman key ring (25grams) has caused the key to break so not covering under warranty , spoke to customer services at Kia and Explained that key ring could not have possibly caused it and they basically said unlucky , were not covering it or willing to pay for it under goodwill, sold it now and got a Kuga and will never get another Kia, terrible customer service
