What does this car say about you?

that i'm a complete fool for thinking a low-mileage Lexus with a full service history would mean trouble-free, refined, quality motoring.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

they are very surprised when i tell them how bad it is.

absolutely NOT, it's a shockingly bad car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

because i stupidly thought it would be a quality motoring experience

What was the dealer like?

Ok until i went back after 2 weeks to report a clutch problem. He couldn't wait to tell me it wasn't covered by his own warranty.

What's it like to drive?

poor acceleration due to dodgy clutch, brakes awful despite having new pads all round. Power steering works when it feels like it.

What's it like to park?

ok i suppose

Have you had any problems with the car?

Power steering intermittently fails, terrible clutch judder, clutch slipping on acceleration, brakes very noisy, pathetic fuel economy - need i go on?

What's most practical about your car?

headlights - they light the way in the dark!
