The staff in the Lexus dealer in Bristol are polite (well most are), with the showroom and service centre being in separate buildings (separated by a road) - this seems to be enough to cause a breakdown in communicationn.

The 6 disc CD player is known to be very prone to jamming. Lexus have realised this, as last year they extended the warranty from 3 to 5 years. If it does go wrong out of warrany, it will cost you in the region of £400 to get it repaired!
