Nothing goes wrong except cambelt tensioner, which if changed at 54k intervals with the cambelt you won't have a problem.

Engine
Engine bottom end went at 156,000 miles. Put new engine in and its going strong again.
Other
Water ingress in ABS connector put ABS light on, new seal required, cleaned terminals on abs module all OK.
