Chose the model based on expert reviews. Audio system great. Seats comfortable. Driver experience less than expectations. Mazda Support after break-down was poor. Build quality and external trim less than expected. Lack of sound insulation in roof panel makes car like sitting in a drum kit when in heavy rain and stationary under trees.with water droplets. How could there be no sound absorption on a metal roof panel?
